Martial arts have a significant effect on overall resilience and on academic, social and emotional self-efficacy — improving the ability to cope with the effects of bullying. And though the goal is to avoid situations where a child needs to use self-defence tactics, taking a martial art gives your children the tools to defend themselves — or others — if necessary.
Our MMA classes will help members of the community to create a sense of brotherhood through martial arts training. The sessions are tailored to work on discipline, self-defence, and strength training.
